Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery; estimated delivery time 3-5 business days
Please allow extra time for SA, NT and other rural areas.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please use the tracking number provided to track your delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
www.bookywoo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can contact us to arrange postage and refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
